The private dining room was used only by the Belmonts, their family, or very intimate guests. The table in the center of the room is hand-carved oak with leaves that extend to 22 feet. Originally, the table stood in the State Dining Room There are matching hand-carved oak chairs for the table that are spread throughout the building.
On the ceiling is a beautiful paintning that depicts the five heroines of the Eastern Star. This room also contains the beautiful set of Coalport China's Indian Tree pattern china. |
